Sport is very important to me. It doesen't only help me to keep fit and healthy but also clears my mind from everyday stress. For my career in the army reserves keeping fit is also of the utmost importance. On exercise I will not only have to keep up with professional soldiers but will be expected to lead them. For this purpose I pursue a number of sports: I bike to work, go running regularly and try and get to the mountains whenever I can to go climbing or skiing. I have a gym membership too, but... you know. Anyways, my aim is to exercise at least three times per week. But of course that isn't always possible.
